Development of Brighton Court began last April 2018.  Geodetic engineers and other engineers began clearing and backfilling for the road pavement. Large "private property" tarps were placed, the entire 7-hectare area was fenced and walled off.

Brighton Court is situated along the Pan-Philippine Highway that leads towards Davao or General Santos City. Driving in and out of Brighton Court would be easily accesible. 

As of today, Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) started their road widening project at the Pan-Philippine Highway. Converting the 4 lane highway, 2 north bound and 2 south bound, into 6 lane highway. 

Clearing, backfilling and road construction will be done by 4th quarter of 2018. Turnover of lots will begin on the same quarter
